Instructions : Usha rani memorial general health card benefits for the needy people. One card can use one whole family members.

When they are going to use this card they have to call to the marketing executives then only they will take care more. With out intimation please don’t go.And have to show this card in Reception with identity proof. Then only they will get benefits.

Any time they can use this card. N number of times they can use this card. No limit. But it should not be misuse.

Not applied for the rich families. This service is for the poor and middle classes families mainly. Who are not able to effort medical expenses they use these services.

We can issue the cards in our trust camp.

Every month 2^nd Friday our trust conducting medical camp at Gurumurthy Nagar community hall Timing 10 a.m to 4p.m. Chintal. ( Last from 8^th month our trust providing services )

Every month 4^th Thursday our trust conducting medical camp at Idpl colony – sita rama kalayana Mandapam. Idpl hyderabad.
